Sarah Fitch, D.P.T.

Sarah received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2015 from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Boston. She worked in Rhode Island in an outpatient orthopedic clinic while developing her skills with several in-person continuing education courses. Sarah relocated to South Carolina in December 2021 and continued her career with outpatient orthopedic clinics until joining OrthoSC in December of 2024.

Outside of the clinic, Sarah enjoys spending time outside with her husband and three dogs as well as reading, running, weight lifting, and gardening.
