Faith Cheplick, A.G.N.P.-C.

Faith Cheplick is a board-certified nurse practitioner working with patients at our Carolina Forest location. She is a Pittsburgh native and a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in global health and biology. She spent some time at UPMC Children’s Hospital before moving to Georgia to pursue her nursing and nurse practitioner degrees. She attended Emory University, graduating with her RN and MSN.

Faith worked in downtown Charleston as a nurse before joining the team at OrthoSC. She is board-certified through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

When she is not working with patients, you can find Faith learning the sport of golf, at the beach, cooking, or skiing.
