Cheryl Henson, P.A.-C., A.T.C.

Cheryl Henson is a certified physician assistant serving patients at our Urgent Care at the North Myrtle Beach office. Cheryl is a native of North Carolina and completed her bachelor of science degree in exercise and sports science with a concentration in athletic training at East Carolina University.

Cheryl worked in an orthopedic clinic in Tampa, Florida before she went on to earn her master's degree in physician assistant studies at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida. After graduation, she began working as a first assistant in the operating room doing general orthopedic and orthopedic trauma surgery. Cheryl is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed in South Carolina.

In Cheryl's free time, she enjoys the outdoors, traveling the world, and spending time with her friends and family.
