The surgery was conducted precisely as described and Dr. Crosby and the staff made every effort to minimize the costs. Dr. Crosby's approach to medicine meant that I had no pain post-procedure, and the team thoroughly educated me about how to take care of the surgical area post-surgery to support healing. At all times, the staff and Dr. Crosby were available to answer any questions that I had. The surgical office runs like clockwork, in a highly professional manner. All staff are friendly, thorough, and possess the appropriate education and capacity in their positions.
